REGISTRATION
The EDEN Secretariat is taking care of the registration for the Annual Conference. Registration is now open.
The registration fee includes access to all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and refreshments during the conference days. The fee does not include accommodation and the conference dinner (optional, 80 €).
Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced author’s fee will be offered.

Cancellations submitted in writing and received before 15 May can be refunded with the deduction of a 40 € administration fee. Registered participants may request their substitution if they provide for their replacement all the details specified by the registration form.
Reduced fees will also apply for members of EDEN (subject of settled membership fee payment for 2018 and no outstanding payment for the previous year(s).
For students special discounted conference fees may be available.
Please note that for all accepted submissions, publication and insertion in the conference programme will be subject to at least one author conference registration and payment.
One author registered for more than one contribution in the programme will not be accepted except if the second submission is in the Synergy category.
For students – full time studies including PhD, with an age limit 35 years – special discounted conference fees may be available. Please send a short ‘motivation’ letter with a copy of your student ID and evidence about your age to the Conference Secretariat at genova@eden-online.org to apply.
