Digital Education and Copyright

The Public Policy and Management Institute (PPMI) was commission by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education and Culture (DG EAC) to assess current European and national copyright frameworks impact on digital education. The purpose of this study is to examine the implications of the current legislation on copyright exceptions and limitations for educational practice and practitioners, in particular as regards digitally-supported education and training purposes in all EU Member States (+Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).

You are invited to take part in an online survey on what copyright issues (if any) create obstacles for digitally supported education: http://surveys.ppmi.lt/s/copyright/
