Registration procedure

Please note that bookings will be assigned and confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the Online Registration Form, accompanied by full payment (copy of transfer arrangement) on a first-come-first-served basis. Appropriate invoices will be issued upon receipt of the registration. Only cancellations in writing received before 1 June will be refunded with a deduction of 30 Euros for administrative costs. Substitutions may be made.

The Welcome Cocktail on 9 June will take place at Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. The Conference Dinner will be organised on 11 June, in the restaurant Les Graelles. Please, kindly note that the dinner, that costs 55 €, is not included in the registration fee.

Registration fee

The registration fee includes all conference facilities, the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM, the Book of Abstracts, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and coffees on 9-12 June. Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, ONLY ONE reduced author´s fee will be offered.

Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution and sending their registration together, are entitled to take benefit from the discounted by
15 % group rate. Extension to the group registration already processed will not be possible. For information on the group procedure, please consult the Conference Secretariat at valencia-delegates@eden-online.org

Combined EDEN Membership and conference rate

EDEN is offering the possibility of becoming EDEN member AND participating at the Valencia Annual Conference at a combined reduced fee. All institutions or individuals applying for EDEN Membership and registering for the conference in the same time will pay a discounted combined first year membership fee and conference participation fee. The membership fee entitles the new members to benefit from the EDEN membership services until the end of 2010. Please consult the  table for the details and visit the Online Registration Form for taking advantage of this valuable occasion.

Please, kindly note that combination of discounts is not possible.

How to pay the registration fee

Attendees are requested to pay via bank transfer. Please indicate the name of the delegate on the bank transfer. We regret that payment via credit card is not possible.
