Scaling Up E-Learning at the World Bank
- Jeanette Murry and Dominick Egan - Human Resources Services of the World Bank
This is an interactive workshop that will challenge participants to examine ways to modify, customize or create models for scaling up e-learning. One of the biggest challenges faced by those designing and delivering e-learning is creating the capacity to scale up production. The presenters, as part of a small centralised service team work in a decentralised model of staff learning. A mandate to maintain the quality and relevance of staff learning, increase output, and simultaneously speed up the development process, necessitated the use of innovative methods to scale up effectively. This is an opportunity to share in the team's experiences and insights.
