Evaluation of submissionsFollowing the deadline of 1 February, the paper submission is now closed.
EDEN is delighted to announce that the Call for Papers for the EDEN 2006 Annual Conference has resulted a very high interest with over 210 submissions. Please, do not send any further paper, because the Secretariat will not be in the position to process them. Following evaluation, papers will be selected and authors notified by 7 April according to the following scheme:
- papers that are fulfilling selection criteria will be accepted for presentation either as conference paper or as a short presentation. In case of lack of compliance with format requirements, authors may be requested to re-submit their ready-to-go-to press versions.
- workshop proposals will be considered on individual basis and may also be accepted as a workshop or suggested to be included in the conference programme as a paper presentation
- proposals that are not properly focusing on the conference topics, or miss appropriate elaboration (including standard of language) will be sent back to authors for revision and finalisation. Authors will be asked to amend and adjust their papers according to the remarks of reviewers.
- papers which lack close relation to the overall conference theme or are poorly elaborated will be refused.
Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and made available for all participants. Registered delegates will have electronic access to the contributions already prior to the conference.
The registration for the conference is now open.
