Registration procedure

Please note that bookings will be assigned and confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the Online Registration Form, accompanied by full payment (copy of transfer arrangement) on a first-come-first-served basis. Appropriate invoices will be issued upon receipt of the registration. Only cancellations in writing received before 17 October will be refunded with a deduction of 30 Euros for administrative costs. Substitutions may be made.

Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution are entitled to take benefit from the discounted by 15 % group rate upon request. For information, please consult the Conference Secretariat at stockholm-delegates@eden-online.org

There is a limited number of grants available for secondary teachers,  further young researchers & PhD students (below the age of 35) from Sweden. The discounted registration fee is EUR 250. Please contact/send a short resume to the EDEN Secretariat as soon as possible but preferably not later than 30 September.

Combined EDEN Membership and conference rate

EDEN is now offering the possibility of becoming EDEN member AND participating at the Sixth Open Classroom Conference at a combined reduced fee. All institutions or individuals applying for EDEN Membership and registering for the conference in the same time will pay a discounted combined first year membership fee and conference participation fee. The membership fee entitles the new members to benefit from the EDEN membership services until the end of 2008. Please consult the table for the details and visit the Online Registration Form  for taking advantage of this valuable opportunity.

Please, kindly note that combination of discounts is not possible.

Registration fee

The registration fee for EDEN members is 425 € and for non-members 500 € .

This will include all conference facilities, the Welcome Cocktail on 24 October, lunches and coffees on the working days, 25-26 October.  It also covers the visit and Reception at the famous Stockholm City Hall, the setting of the Nobel Prize Banquet in December each year (transport is included, as well).

How to pay the registration fee

The attendees are requested to pay via bank transfer. Please indicate the name of the delegate on the bank transfer. We regret that payment via credit card is not possible.
