Name change of EURODL - European Journal of Open, Distance and E-LearningThe proposal of Alan Tait, Chief Editor of EURODL, during the last virtual meeting of the Regional Associate Editors, was to respond to the trends in the field of distance education and involve the word "e-learning" in the name of the online journal. While the Board has unanimously agreed to keep the prestigious acronym of EURODL, they found it important to reflect the broadening spectrum of themes addressed in the journal.
The EDEN Executive Committee has noted with agreement the developments around EURODL as a sign of progress.
Access to EURODL is free, please use the subscription field on the web site to receive the journal's newsletters. Contributors are invited to upload their articles on the online submission page at www.eurodl.org.
