elene2learn Portal Launched

The project proposes a multi-stakeholder network, exploring and promoting the contribution of ICT and digital media in supporting the development of learning to learn competencies in lifelong learning transitions. The eLene2learn portal has been launched recently. The project has also created its open Facebook group, where resources are shared and discussions will begin shortly.

The first Focus Group activities started in February and will be running in 7 countries in the local languages (EN, ES, DE, FR, FI, IT, PL) until the end of April. The aim of these activities is to find out what kind of approaches and tools could be used in secondary education and higher education to ensure their value for lifelong learning transitions. Working groups tackle 3 areas contributing to learning to learn competences: social networks, digital media, serious games and virtual words and ePortfolios and blogs.

You are invited to visit the project calendar and join the meeting(s) that suit you best. An international Practice Exchange Forum will be held at the EDEN 2012 Annual Conference in Porto, where organisers invite you to participate the eLene2learn workshop as well.
