 Registration Open to EDENRW8

Challenges for Research into Open & Distance Learning:
Doing Things Better: Doing Better Things

Eighth Research Workshop - EDENRW8 will be held in Oxford on 27-28 October 2014.

In collaboration with:

The Open University, UK
founding member of EDEN

The European Distance and E-Learning Network - EDEN in collaboration with The Open University, UK brings together differing points of view with a debate approach and speakers who back up their points of view with sound research. EDENRW8 is very focussed on the researcher and what you can learn from and with your peers. The format of the event is key: sessions will promote collaboration and networking opportunities including parallel ‘research-speed-dating’ papers, workshops and posters. With Dr. Tony Bates as workshop moderator and an "Oxford styled debate" on the uptake and impact of OER, with the participation of the dedicated ICDE UNESCO chairs Rory McGreal and Maria Soledad Ramirez Montoya, we look forward to a memorable event.

To register, please, visit the Registration menu and use the Online Registration Form to join the event.

  • Authors of contributions can benefit from a reduced fee. See the registration fees online.
  • Special discount for combined Workshop & EDEN Membership fees for 2014-2015 as well as a group rate is available.
  • We offer a special fee to young scholars, full time students and PhD students (under 35 years).
