How can ICT support the development of learning to learn competences in lifelong learning transitions? At the end of its 3rd year, the eLene2learn project is proudly presenting its final results. Over 36 months the project partnership collected written reports (60+ case studies) and summarised them in the so-called “How to Guide” to allow teachers and trainer to replicate the successful practices and methodologies. Our case study collection was followed up by a series of interviews that were later assembled into an interactive web documentary for easy thematic and geographic navigation. During the final months the 3 dedicated task forces of (A) social networks, (B) digital media, serious games and virtual worlds and (C) ePortfolios and blogs conducted online surveys and analysed the “success stories”, challenges and benefits, and composed a list of practical recommendations in the form of a Lessons Learnt Report. Presentations, workshops and webinars were organised on both national and European levels, and in the second half of its lifetime, eLene2learn also organised its own specific events, i.e. a Transnational Workshop in October 2013 in Budapest and its Final Conference in October 2014 in Barcelona. All these activities helped to share the project results with 3000+ educational stakeholders, and the eLene team is committed to sustain its work and continue to assist the teacher community. To stay in touch, we invite you to join the eLene2learn Facebook group. |
