The webinar presented the results of the project that has identified, assessed and categorised the latest and popular digital teaching/training/learning tools. On-line Survey on the Future of Vocational Education and Training in EuropeAn on-line survey has been developed as part of the "Changing Nature and Role of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Europe" project addressing VET experts and stakeholders all over Europe. The findings of the survey will help to validate findings from the first phase of the project as well as to support the development of VET scenarios to be presented during the VET week in Vienna in November 2018. CULT Committee adopts report on Modernisation of Education in the EUThe European Parliament’s CULT Committee adopted its own initiative report on the Modernisation of Education in the EU. This comprehensive report touches on many aspects of education, including early childhood, schools, higher education and teacher training. LLLP and many of its members actively contributed to the report, with the result that the importance of collaboration between formal, non-formal and informal learning is highlighted throughout. The report is scheduled for vote at Plenary on 11 June. |

New Call For Proposals for the Deployment Of Skills AssessmentsThe call for proposals "Support for the deployment of skills assessments in the implementation of “Upskilling Pathways" has been published. The specific objective of this call is to support the deployment of the provision of individual skills assessments for low skilled/ low qualified adults. The deadline for submitting proposals is 13 July 2018. A webinar to present the call in details and reply questions from potential applicants will be held in English on 29 May from 15:00 to 17:00 CEST.
