Expert Needed for a USAID Funded Project

A USAID-funded project in Vietnam - in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training - aims to pilot a number of ways to use technology to enable children with disabilities access quality education. The Ministry is looking for an expert who could help in developing the design and in evaluating a pilot distance education initiative to children with severe disabilities access education at junior secondary school level.
