The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and UNESCO issued a report in connection with the World OER Congress entitled "A Survey on Governments' Open Educational Resources (OER) Policies."

Winter and Spring Schools 2013 Funded by the European Commission

Science View will organize three different training courses in March and n April 2013 in Greece (Athens and Thessaloniki) and in Norway (Stord):
