EDEN is pleased to announce its 30th Annual Conference hosted by the National Distance Education University UNED in Madrid 22-25 June 2021.
The main topics of the 30th Annual Conference in Madrid:
- learner centredness in education
- evolution of ODL
- the transformation of f2f teaching
- through online to blended learning and the adapting to “new normal”
- digital preparedness, digital literacy, and digital citizenship
- micro-credentials in HE
- diversity and social inclusion
- continued adoption of AI
- EU Education and Training Policy in ODL
Contributions are invited which are addressing by own research, project achievements, case studies, theoretic and conceptual work the conference theme and tracks, the creative use of educational technology.
Submissions, taking into account the conference theme and related to at least one of the conference tracks are welcome in paper, poster, workshop or synergy session and demonstration/technical presentation formats.
Networking and interactivity, sharing and discussion will be core aspects of the conference, focusing on what you can learn from and with your peers.
The submission of contributions will be announced in January 2021.
PhD Symposium Madrid 2021
The Symposium, held in previous years in Barcelona (2018), Bruges (2019), Dublin (2019), Timisoara (2020), Lisbon (2020) has been designed to foster the exchange of experiences and knowledge among doctoral students doing research in the area of technology enhanced online, digital, open and distance learning, providing a valuable forum for the advancement of doctoral research. The Symposium is led by a panel of international experts.
