The EDEN Secretariat has ben managing the registration for the 2015 Annual Conference.

Please note that bookings were confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the Online Registration Form, accompanied by full and evidenced payment (please provide a copy of the money transfer arrangement) on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Cancellations submitted in writing and received before 15 May can be refunded with the deduction of a 40 € administration fee. Registered participants may request their substitution if they provide for their replacement all the details specified by the registration form.
The registration fee includes access to all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings, the printed Book of Abstracts (including the Synergy "Book of Projects"), the Welcome Cocktail, all lunches and refreshments during the 3 days of the conference. The fee does not include accommodation and the conference dinner (which is optional).

Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced author's fee will be offered.

at a combined reduced fee
- If you register for the conference and apply for EDEN Membership at the same time, you will pay a discounted combined membership and conference fee. After the receipt of your payment, you are entitled to benefit from the EDEN membership services until the end of 2016. Please consult the table of fees for the details.
- Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution, and submitting their registrations together, are entitled to use a group rate discount of 15%. Extension requests of already processed group registrations cannot be accommodated. For additional information on the procedure, please consult the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For young scholars, full time students and PhD students (under 35 years) a special discounted fee of 200 € is offered. To request admission as a student, please send a short ‘motivation’ letter to the Conference Secretariat at email@example.com together with an evidence of your student status and age.
Please, kindly note that combination of discounts is not possible.
The 2015 ePortfolio & Identity Conference (ePIC) will be organised just before the EDEN Annual Conference, taking place at the same venue, in Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel on 8-10 June. A joint day will enhance the sharing of experience and networking. A 85 € discount is offered for delagates (except for young scholars) registering to both events. All payments must be made in Euros. Payments can be arranged by bank transfer (with all bank charges pre-paid) or by credit card. You will be informed about details of payment in the automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of your registration.
