Welcome to the 2011 Open Classroom Conference, Athens
Online Registration Form

The 2011 Open Classroom Conference welcomes all participants.

All attendees (presenting or visiting) are expected to register by completing the online registration form below and arranging respective fee payment.

The registration fee includes all conference facilities, the Conference CD-ROM with publications, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and coffees.

Bookings will be assigned and confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the (1) Registration Form and (2) the evidence of full payment (copy of transfer arrangement) on a first come first served basis.

Please send the copy of payment evidence (ensuring that the name of delegate is indicated) via fax (+36-1-463-1858) or by e-mail attachment to the Conference Secretariat (athens-delegates@eden-online.org) as soon as it is available. Your registration will be valid only upon receipt of the above documentation or the payment itself. Would you need an invoice to start the payment arrangements, please indicate below on the form. An electronic copy of the invoice will be sent together with the registration confirmation. The hard copy of the invoice/receipt will be handed over at the registration desk during the conference.

Registration fee for the event is 350 EUR, 50 EUR discount is offered for:
  • authors of accepted contributions
  • EDEN members
  • Greek delegates

Cumulation of discounts is possible. For each paper, only one reduced author´s fee will be offered.

You can make your booking for the "Conference Dinner" on this on-line form. The Conference Dinner will be organised in the roof garden of Divani Palace Restaurant, offering a magnificient view to Athens and Acropolis.
