Online Registration Form

The 2018 10th Research Workshop welcomes all delegates

All attendees (presenters or audience) are required to register by completing the online registration form below and arranging respective fee payment.

The registration fee includes access to all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and refreshments during the conference days. The fee does not include accommodation and the conference dinner.

Registrations will be confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the
(1) Registration Form and
(2) the full payment.

Authors of submissions accepted for presentation at the Conference can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced authors' fee will be offered.

PhD Symposium Registration

PhD Students with accepted contribution for the Symposium to be held on 24 October are invited to fill in the registration form and apply their Participation Code received respectively. You can disregard the Authors status and EDEN Member status fields.

Author status

I am author of a contribution accepted for presentation and wish to register with authors' fee.
For each paper, only one reduced authors' fee will be offered. Please use the same e-mail address that was given in the submission form in order to able to match the e-mail addresses in the database.
Please note that in case you tick this box, the above confirmed e-mail address should be identical with that used during the submission. All communication related to the submission will be sent to this address.

EDEN Membership status *

I am Individual Member and wish to register with EDEN Members' fee.
My Institution is a Member of EDEN (please choose from the list below) and I wish to register with EDEN Members' fee.

Please note, that members' participation fee will be granted ONLY for those with a settled membership status (fee paid for 2018).
