The EDEN Secretariat manages the registration process for the Seventh Research Workhop, Leuven.
Appropriate invoices will be issued upon receipt of the registration. Only cancellations in writing received before 8 October will be refunded with a deduction of 30 Euros for administrative costs. Substitutions may be made.
Workshop registration rate
The registration fee includes all conference facilities, the Book of Abstracts, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and coffees.

Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced author´s fee will be offered.

Leuven Research Workshop and EDEN Membership at a combined reduced fee
- If you register for the conference and apply for EDEN Membership (2012-13) at the same time, you will pay a discounted combined membership and conference fee. Please, kindly note that when you register for the event, a non-member registration fee is applied. In addition, the reduced membership fee is calculated.
The reduced membership fees are:
Institutional fee: additional 250 Euro
Individual fee: additional 50 Euro
Individual membership is free for students and applicants from Central Eastern European Countries*
* Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Turkey, Ukraine.
- Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution and sending their registration together, are entitled to take benefit from the discounted by 15 % group rate. Extension to the group registration already processed will not be possible. For information on the group procedure, please consult the Workshop Secretariat at research-leuven@eden-online.org.
- For students – full time studies, age limit 35 years – special fees, exceptionally free registration will be available. Please send a short motivation letter to the Secretariat at research-leuven@eden-online.org.
