Welcome Reception
| The Welcome Reception is on 21 October in the City Hall of Leuven at 19:00h. The City Hall of Leuven is situated at the Great Market Square of Leuven. Dated back to 1439, the ‘Stadhuis’ shines with its Flamboyant Gothic character. |

Conference Dinner
| The Dinner on 22 October at 19.30 pm will be situated in the Faculty Club in Leuven in a unique historic setting. The Faculty Club has its history dated back to the 13th century, renovated in the 16th and 17th centuries. The ancient historical site of the Grand Beguinage was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in March 2000, partly managed by the Faculty Club. |  |
