The EDEN Secretariat has been managing the registration process for the 2013 Annual Conference.
The registration was open until 7 June. If you have any question concerning your registration, please consult the Conference Secretariat at oslo@eden-online.org.
Please, note that bookings were assigned and confirmed by the Secretariat upon receipt of the Online Registration Form, accompanied by full payment (copy of transfer arrangement) on a first-come-first-served basis. Only cancellations in writing received before 31 May will be refunded with a deduction of 30 Euros for administrative costs. Substitutions may be made.
Conference registration rate
The registration fee includes all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings, the Book of Abstracts, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and coffees.

Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced author´s fee will be offered.

Oslo Conference and EDEN Membership at a combined reduced fee
- If you register for the conference and apply for EDEN Membership at the same time, you will pay a discounted combined membership and conference fee. After the payment the membership fee entitles the new members to benefit from the EDEN membership services until the end of 2014. Please, consult the table for the details.
- Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution and sending their registration together, are entitled to take benefit from the discounted by 15 % group rate. Extension to the group registration already processed will not be possible. For information on the group procedure, please consult the Conference Secretariat at oslo@eden-online.org.
- For young scholars, full time students and PhD students (under 35 years) discount may be granted, their fee is 200 . Please send a short motivation letter to the Conference Secretariat at oslo@eden-online.org.
Please, kindly note that combination of discounts is not possible.
How to pay the registration fee
Attendees are requested to pay via bank transfer. Please indicate the name of the delegate on the bank transfer. We regret that payment via credit card is not possible.
