The registration fee includes access to all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings, Conference Booklet.
Authors of submissions can benefit from a reduced fee.
All personal data you provide to us will be exclusively used for EDEN conference related communications. We guarantee that the information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose.
All payments must be made in Euros. The default method of payment is by credit card. You will be informed about details of payment in the automatic confirmation e-mail.
Invoices will be issued in a downloadable format (pdf) for each delegate. The invoice will show the total sum of the conference fee. Special requests on invoicing can be indicated during the registration process.
Cancellation and Refound Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing and received before 10 October can be refunded with the deduction of a 20 € administration fee. Registered participants may request their substitution if they provide for their replacement all the details specified in this registration form. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
