Dear EDEN Members, Partners, Friends,
The EDEN 2020 Annual Virtual Conference drawing close, we look forward to this unprecedented (as regards to the completely virtual platform) EDEN event on 22-24 June.
The conference will be hosted by the Politehnica University, Timisoara, Romania’s European Capital of Culture in 2021. Throughout the three conference days, nearly 50 selected scholarly papers will be presented. In addition to the 10 submitted workshops, EDEN will present conceptual sessions about the Covid-19 webinars’ experience, on leadership, strengths and opportunities of the Association. The Open University UK will feature with their 50th Anniversary session. The PhD Symposium strand is integrated in the conference programme with progress report of young scholars and discussions by senior academics. The Microcredentials in Higher Education strand on Tuesday will be introduced by Anthony F. Camilleri’s keynote presentation: ‘Micro-Credentials in the Future European Policy Landscape’. Timisoara University will provide you with some exciting social events as well (ie. a Timisoara Live Virtual Tour).
