We pride ourselves in an extremely tasty and savory traditional cuisine. Romanian traditional cuisine recipes will become available for you in June 16th so that you have the opportunity to practice until EDEN AC starts. During this session you will be invited to present the results you obtained in the kitchen via photo, video or freshly cooked plate. After we see how you cooked, we will leave it to the experts from Faber/Ambasada to show us how it’s really done. Take a virtual tour through the amazing Recas winery and imagine how it’s great wines taste.
We are not thinking only about food, but also of our local culture. So prepare to discover some of the Cultural Festivals of Timisoara with community engagement, such as Bega!Lumen, Plai, JazzTM. Pre-recorded music by Bega Blues Band will please our ears and lead Johnny Bota will be live to answer your questions about this topic.
But we don’t want to brag only about our traditional cuisine. We want to find out about yours as well. Each participant will be able to present to the group a traditional food or drink. You can join also with your local food and beverage, share it with us, on an evening celebrating the EDEN community.
Then, we will breakout in smaller virtual rooms where you will be able to move around and chat in smaller groups, enjoying your local foods and drinks.
