Virtual Lunch break with mindfulness and stretching

Meeting old friends and getting to know new people is one of the most important elements of a EDEN Conference. We invite you to join us each day for lunch in our virtual room.

Feeling stifed? Come join us for an easy session of light exercise and stretching, In the Virtual Lunch break at 13:30 CEST you will be doing exercises with Elena Nastaca, Teacher and Therapist in Royal Thai Massage. A graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy and Physical Recovery, she completed specialization courses in Thai massage techniques at the TMC Chiang Mai International School in Thailand, the school with which she is affiliated internationally. Passionate about complementary therapies, she has been promoting the non-invasive health style for over 5 years through the practice of Thai therapy, shiatsu, meditation and ZEN balance.
