From 15 May you can register to the EDEN Virtual Annual Conference through the conference management system EasyChair.
In order to register you need to:

|Non-EDEN member and participant without submitted contributions||* 214.45 EUR|
|UNED delegate||* 109.55 EUR|
|Student or PhD Student providing valid documentation (student admission letter, ID)||Free|
The registration fee includes access to the Conference Virtual Area, the electronic Conference Proceedings and the Conference Short Paper Book.
All payments must be made in Euros via credit or debit card. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is not possible for you.
Your invoice will be automatically issued by EasyChair in a downloadable format (pdf) based on the information you type in the registration form. The invoice will show the total sum of the conference fee.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible and before the event.
Please note that no refund of any registration payments shall be considered after sixty (60) days following payment, or fifteen (15) days following the last day of the Conference for which the payment was made, whatever comes first.
Please consider the Refund Processing Fees: EUR 7.00 for every refund to Attendees made by EasyChair Ltd.
Chargeback Handling Fee: EUR 20.00 for each chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal arising from the processing of Registration Fees.
