Paper SubmissionOnline submission is closed.
Authors with (agreed) late submissions, please contact directly the Conference Secretariat
You are invited to submit proposals (full text, no abstract is required) for presentations in parallel sessions, posters or short demonstrations that relate to one or more of the conference themes.
There will also be space in the programme for a limited number of workshops, introducing a more comprehensive theme. Please, note that the workshop category is very competitive.
Posters are particularly recommended in the categories of initial research, projects in early stages of development, smaller case studies, etc. Poster presentations will also be themed and moderated in related sessions.
Demonstrations are intended to present works-in-progress, to showcase practical innovations, products, technologies and tools, to encourage the early exhibition of prototypes, focusing on user experience. They will offer opportunity to show and discuss, to exchange ideas and collect feedback from expert users.
Posters and demonstrations will be presented in dedicated sessions. For demonstrations presenters should use their own laptops.
Accepted papers (including posters) will be published on the „Conference Proceedings CD-ROM” and handed over to participants as part of the conference services. Authors of accepted papers, posters and demos will also be invited to send a 1 page summary of their contribution to be published in the Book of Abstracts that will be made available for all participants. Registered delegates will have electronic access to the full version of contributions prior to the conference.
Papers submitted should meet the customary academic requirements: clear aims/questions, methodology, contextualisation, results, conclusions and implications, references. The submission should make relevant contribution to the field.
Submissions can be written in English or in Spanish, with careful language check in both cases.
How to contribute?
Proposals should be submitted as MS Word doc files, through the online submission form.
Paper proposals should not exceed six A4 pages, including figures and references, using the format guidelines for papers and posters here.
