What do we mean by soft skills and digital soft skills (soft skills 2.0)? What are the most important soft skills needed for successful transition from studying to employment? Which soft skills do students have and which should they aim to acquire?
Questions like the above are answered in the recently published two reports of the eLene4work project. The documents summarize the results of a desk research in the form of a comparative analysis and the conclusions of the standardised focus group interviews conducted in nine European countries: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK.
